Although none of the mentioned disciplines could have ended the dispute, Population Genetics in general and Archaeogenetic in particular could clarify each discipline’ share and produce some practical results in terms of the structure of the Iranian gene pools and how much of it was under the influence of the Aryan migrants. In this research the results of the DNA extraction form the Iron Age (supposedly right after the immigration of the Aryans into the Iranian Plateau) cemetery of Ghar Teppe in southeastern of the Caspian Sea has presented. Comparisons of the Haplogroups for the Iron Age people of Gohar Teppe (H) with their predecessors and contemporary people at the region combining with review of a DNA research for the Iranian populations all indicate that although the biological impact of the so called Aryans were not very significant on the gene pool of the Iranian populations, their cultural influence (new language, ideology, myth…) was very strong. We propose here that the contemporary Iranian populations are the descendants of long-term in situ evolution since the past 40000 years ago, which were culturally mixed with the Aryan immigrants during the past two-three millenniums creating what today we call it the Iranian culture. }, keywords = {Aryans,Indo-Iranian,Iron Age,Haplogroup H,Archaeogenetic,Southeastern of the Caspian Sea}, title_fa = {بازنگری ورود آریایی‌ها به فلات ایران در پرتو آگاهی‌های جدید ژنتیکی (گورستان گوهرتپه، بهشهر)}, abstract_fa = {مسئله ورود مهاجران آریایی به فلات ایران همواره از اهمیتی ویژه برخوردار بوده است. گرچه پژوهش‌های دیرپای زبان‌شناسی و بعدها باستان‌شناسی نتوانست به طور قطع به مجادله پیرامون این موضوع خاتمه دهد اما ژنتیکِ جمعیت‌ها و به ویژه ژنتیک باستانی توانست تا حدود زیادی سهم باستان‌شناسی، انسان‌شناسی و زبان‌شناسی در این بحث را روشن و نتایج کاربردی درباره منشأ، مهاجرت و سهم خزانه ژنتیکی ایرانیان از این مردمان مهاجر را ارائه کند. در این پژوهش نتایج استخراج موفقیتآمیز DNA  باستانی از استخوان‌های انسانی منتسب به عصر آهن (هزاره نخست پیش از میلاد و بلافاصله پس از ورود مردمان آریایی به ایران) در محوطه گوهرتپه جنوب شرق دریای مازندران ارائه شده است. مقایسه شناساگرهای ژنتیکی مردمان عصر آهن این محوطه با مردمان پیش از عصر آهن و همچنین ساکنین امروزی این ناحیه جغرافیایی، در کنار مروری اجمالی بر نتایج ژنتیکِ باستانی مردمان ایرانی که توسط متخصصین دیگر انجام پذیرفته، همگی در تائید این گزاره هستند که گرچه تأثیر جمعیت‌هایی که در تاریخ، آریایی خوانده شدهاند بر خزانه ژنتیکی ساکنین بومی سرزمین ایران چندان قابل توجه نبوده، ولی نمی‌توان اثرات فرهنگی چشمگیر بر روی زبان و آرایه‌های آئینی جدید را نادیده انگاشت. مردمان امروزی ساکن در ایران اساساً نوادگان هزاران نسل از دودمانی هستند که ریشه در پارینهسنگی جدید (حوالی 40 هزار سال پیش) داشته و در ادوار سپسین با تأثیرپذیری از دیگر فرهنگ‌های مهاجر، در نهایت پدیدآورنده هویت زیستی- فرهنگی ساکنین امروزی فلات ایران گردیده‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {آریایی,جنوب,شرق دریای مازندران,ژنتیک باستانی,عصر آهن,هاپلوگروه H,هند و ایرانی}, url = {https://ijar.ut.ac.ir/article_65922.html}, eprint = {https://ijar.ut.ac.ir/article_65922_07ba3948fcd215a467ae6ed35e914976.pdf} }
