Since the mid 20th century and following the rapid growth of science and technology in the western world, the processes of globalization and also basic transformations in medicine have been making great influences on human body status. For example the consequences of body manipulation via new medical technologies, the process of medicalizing the lives and societies, alienation of human body from human , degrading of the statues of body via commodifying it as a whole or in parts in national and global markets , all have caused many objectional reactions from many social scientist in different disciplines especially in medical anthropology in which many scientists like NSH have had an active position against these issues. This is a documental study the data of which are in most parts gathered from NSHs field works with the focus on the problem of commodifying bodies in the global markets. One of the most important findings in the present study is the primacy of "the ethical" over "the social" and "the cultural" as a preassumption that philosophically supports NSHs approach to stand up as a political, ethical and militant anthropology in a vivid protest to the fallen status of human body in the late globalized capitalism era. Compared to the traditional approaches, critical militant anthropology does ask some important ethical questions about the main duty of anthropologists and ethnographers in the present epoch. Must they impartially continue writing their applied ordinary ethnographies more or less? Can they on the contrary to traditions make ethical decisions and guide their analyzing critical writings at the aim of helping change the present conditions? }, keywords = {critical anthropology,Medical Anthropology,body,Globalization,commodifying,embodiment,Nancy Hughes,Nancy Scheper Hughes}, title_fa = {نانسی شپرهیوز و موقعیت بدن در عصر جهانی شدن}, abstract_fa = {هدف این مقاله تحلیل موقعیت بدن در عصر حاضر از دیدگاه انسان‌شناس پزشکی نانسی شپر هیوز است. به دنبال رشد سریع علم و فناوری از اواسط قرن بیستم و پس از آن، فرایند جهانی شدن و تحولات بنیادی در پزشکی مدرن تأثیرات شگرفی بر موقعیت انسان و بدن او نهادند و پیامدهایی چون دست‌کاری بدن به کمک فناوری‌های پیشرفته پزشکی، پزشکی شدن زندگی و جامعه، بیگانگی انسان از بدن خودش، نزول موقعیت بدن و اجزای آن و کالا شدگی‌اش در بازارهای ملی و جهانی همواره واکنش متفکرین در حوزه‌های مختلف به‌ ویژه انسان‌شناسی پزشکی را به همراه داشته که با مردم‌نگاری‌های کاربردی، سیاسی و انتقادی خود موضعی فعال نسبت به این وضعیت در پیش گرفته‌اند. این یک مطالعه اسنادی است که داده‌های خود را عمدتاً از آثار و آرای نانسی هیوز با تأکید بر موضوع کالا شدگی بدن در بازارهای جهانی به دست آورده و آن‌ها را مورد تحلیل قرار داده است. از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های این مطالعه این است که تقدم امر اخلاقی بر امر فرهنگی و اجتماعی به‌ عنوان یک پیش‌فرض فلسفی، نانسی هیوز را به سمت انسان‌شناسی انتقادی، سیاسی و ستیزه‌گر در اعتراض آشکار نسبت به موقعیت بدن در عصر سرمایه‌داری جهانی شدهٴ متأخر سوق داده است. مقایسه انسان‌شناسی انتقادی با انواع مرسوم و سنتی انسان‌شناسی کاربردی این سؤال اخلاقی را مطرح می‌کند که وظیفه واقعی انسان‌شناس و مردم‌نگار در عصر حاضر چیست؟ آیا باید بی‌طرفانه به تهیه مردم‌نگاری‌های کاربردی بسنده کند یا اینکه در صورت لزوم قضاوت اخلاقی کند و گزارش‌ها تحلیلی و انتقادی خود را در جهت تغییر و اصلاح وضع موجود تنظیم نماید؟}, keywords_fa = {انسان‌شناسی انتقادی,انسان‌شناسی پزشکی,بدن,جهانی شدن,کالا شدگی,کالبدیافتگی,نانسی هیوز}, url = {https://ijar.ut.ac.ir/article_69470.html}, eprint = {https://ijar.ut.ac.ir/article_69470_ef6b842dfcd39bb3a5bf7a0115b88c1d.pdf} }
