The theoretical framework of this study is based on ideas of Gaston Bachelard about the concept of “space”. This research is an ethnographic study and field data is gathered by participative observation and interview. Findings show that the rural home is in harmony with the climate and local architecture; the home is open to outside world; a vast array of social relationships are formed and reinforced inside the home and they embrace all the village; so there is a dynamic relation between inside and outside of home. Several items like participation and cooperation, conflicts, rituals, soiree, games and amusements, kasmsa, pilgrimage, visiting each other in eids, and public sphere have an influential role in building social relationship, reinforcing attachment to the place and the community and creating memories; and they generalize the concept of home to the whole village. But during the recent years, policies for affordable housing have led to a type of architecture which has weakened social relationships and the relation of inside and outside of the home. Recent changes like new agricultural tools and methods are destroying local cooperation and participation; and there is no possibility to revive the local architecture of the village. But it does not mean to neglect revitalizing the social life of the village and the opportunity of expanding the territory of home; some strategies like 1-revitalizing the publice sphere 2- preventing privatizing of public spaces 3- building public places like gyms, libraries, etc. seem beneficial to achieve this goal.}, keywords = {home and territory,place attachment,outside and inside dialectic,Zevaram Village,Kakavand tribe}, title_fa = {بررسی وضعیت خانه و قلمرو و تغییرات آن در روستاهای کاکاوند (مورد پژوهشی: روستای زئورام)}, abstract_fa = {این مقاله به بررسی وضعیت خانه و قلمرو و تغییرات آن در روستاهای ایل کاکاوند می‌پردازد. رویکرد نظری پژوهش مبتنی بر آراء گاستون باشلار در باب «فضا» است. روش پژوهش مردم‌نگاری و فنون گردآوری داده مشاهده مشارکتی و مصاحبه است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که خانۀ روستایی در هماهنگی با اقلیم و معماری بومی است؛ این خانه به روی جهان گشوده است و روابط اجتماعی گسترده‌ای در درون آن قوام می‌گیرد و تا سرحدات روستا گسترش پیدا می‎کند؛ بنابراین رابطۀ درون و برون در آن پویا است. موارد متعددی از قبیل مشارکت و همیاری، منازعات، مناسک، شب‌نشینی، بازی‌ها و تفریحات دسته‌جمعی، کاسمسا، زیارت دسته‌جمعی، عید دیدنی و حوزه عمومی در برساختن روابط اجتماعی، احساس تعلق و شکل‌گیری خاطره نقش اساسی دارند و مفهوم خانه را به کل روستا تسرّی می‌دهند؛ اما سیاست‌های مسکن ارزان قیمت در سال‌های اخیر در حال جایگزین کردن معماری‌ای است که روابط و همبستگی را اجتماعی کاهش داده و روابط درون و برون را تضعیف کرده‌ است. تغییرات جدید و ورود ادوات کشاورزی جدید بسیاری از همیاری‌ها و مشارکت‌های محلی را از بین برده است و امکان بازگشت به گذشته و بازسازی معماری سنتی وجود ندارد؛ اما این به معنای عدم‌امکان احیای زندگی جمعی و گسترش قلمرو خانه نیست؛ کماکان عناصری همچون 1. احیا حوزه عمومی 2. جلوگیری از تبدیل فضای عمومی به فضای خصوصی 3. ایجاد فضاهای ورزشی و ساخت فضاهای عام‌المنفعه همچون کتابخانه برای نگه‌داشت گستردگی مفهوم خانه و ارتقا آن وجود دارد.  }, keywords_fa = {خانه و قلمرو,تعلق به مکان,دیالکتیک برون و درون,روستای زئورام,ایل کاکاوند}, url = {https://ijar.ut.ac.ir/article_73482.html}, eprint = {https://ijar.ut.ac.ir/article_73482_d66ba13269d4d4f88b823cd003c324b0.pdf} }
